BIO: Ron Weasley
Ron Weasley
"Everyone expects me to do as well as the others, but if I do, it’s no big deal, because they did it first."
In his first year at Hogwarts, he met Harry Potter, and his life went from a simple upbringing in a poor but large family to a whirlwind of chaotic encounters left and right. That year, he not only assisted with taking down a troll, he also invaded a highly protected corridor, and assisted Harry and his other friend Hermione in a rather large game of wizarding chess, during which he sacrificed himself so the others could continue.
In his second year, he assisted Harry with brewing a Polyjuice Potion in attempts to discover the secret behind the Chamber of Secrets, which he eventually invaded in the hopes of recovering his kidnapped younger sister.
In his third year, Ron discovered that his pet rat was not a rat at all - though this was only after he was kidnapped and dragged through the Whomping Willow by notorious mass murderer Sirius Black in his animagus form.
In his fourth year, Ron watched his best friend nearly get himself killed on three separate occasions while he battled in the Twiwizard Tournament.
In his fifth year, Ron was inadvertantly inducted into the Order of the Pheonix, and learned a great deal about it's inner workings. He also became one of the founding members of Dumbledore's Army, and assisted in teaching other children defensive spells when Umbridge proved to not meet their needs.
In his sixth year, Ron joined the Quidditch team as a Keeper, and though not intially convinced of his brilliance, he soon fell into stride. He also assisted Harry with the onslaught of new tasks and problems that befelled him, and had his first relationship with a girl named Lavendar Brown, which was based entirely on the physical aspects of the relationship, and did not last very long.
In his seventh year, Ron left school early, and went on an epic journey with Harry and Hermione to search for the remaining Horcruxes that Voldemort had left behind in an attempt to live forever. Ron did at one point split off from the group when things got too rough for him, but he did find his way back eventually, and even managed to destroy one of the horcruxes himself. This was the year that he finally confessed his true feeling to Hermione Granger, and the two - presumably - started into a relationship that would carry through to their adult years.
From there, account of Ron's history become a tad fuzzy to anyone who was trying to follow along. It is presumed that he engaged in some make up courses, or came back to Hogwarts for an additional year after the defeat of Voldemort, and from there started into Auror training, of which he must have some skill because he got his image on a Chocolate Frog card. But anything that I'd go on here would be speculation - I'd of course be willing to speak to the players currently playing Hugo, Rose and Hermione to discuss relevant backstory there.
Ron grew up believing himself to always be in second place. He was the last of the boys in his family to go through Hogwarts, so everything that he would do they would have done first. He was best friends with The Boy Who Lived, and thus constantly overlooked in his own mind. He never really had any defining characteristics that made him stand out in a crowd, or in classes, besides his height, and his self confidence had a tendency to suffer because of that.
But in his later years, Ron really started to grow and branch out. He learned that he did have qualities that made him noticeable, and that his love interest - Hermione - returned his interest, even though Harry was right there. It was a great boost to his self confidence, and helped Ron to see his own self worth a lot more clearly.
I believe from there he grew into a far less awkward, far more well rounded individual who was much more secure in his own strengths. Obviously, he still has some minor feelings of self worthlessness - likely right after he's messed up a major project, or failed at something. He'll slip back into his moody, grumpy, unreachable teenaged self for a while, but he comes out of it eventually, and returns to normal - a goodnatured, caring individual, who thinks of others before himself.

Little do they know, an underground struggle is forming between unseen shadows and the resurrection stone has been found and experimented on. Not even the current owner knows what effects his spells have had, but it's bound to be more than anyone bargained for.
